1. PREAMBLE

These gen­er­al terms and con­di­tions of sale are con­clud­ed between the com­pa­ny Just­beau­ty & Shop (see legal notice) and all per­sons wish­ing to make a pur­chase via this web­site, here­inafter referred to as the buy­er. By val­i­dat­ing their order, the Cus­tomer declares to accept with­out reser­va­tion the entire­ty of these gen­er­al terms and con­di­tions of sale and declares to have the capac­i­ty to enter into a con­tract with our com­pa­ny.

2. PRICES

The prices list­ed on this site are inclu­sive of all tax­es (VAT and oth­er applic­a­ble tax­es) exclud­ing pro­cess­ing and trans­port costs which are applied and detailed dur­ing the order. Just­beau­ty & Shop reserves the right to mod­i­fy its prices at any time.

Prod­ucts and ser­vices are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the val­i­da­tion of the order sub­ject to avail­abil­i­ty. Prod­ucts remain the prop­er­ty of Just­beau­ty & Shop until full pay­ment of the order.

3. GEOGRAPHICAL AREA

The online sale of the prod­ucts pre­sent­ed on the site is reserved for buy­ers resid­ing in Europe (see list of avail­able coun­tries) and North Amer­i­ca.

For cus­tomers resid­ing else­where, please con­tact cus­tomer ser­vice.

4. ORDERS

Any­one wish­ing to pur­chase a prod­uct online via our site must fol­low the order process which includes:

an iden­ti­fi­ca­tion phase,

a ver­i­fi­ca­tion phase,

a val­i­da­tion phase of the cho­sen prod­ucts,

a pay­ment phase under the con­di­tions pro­vid­ed,

and a con­fir­ma­tion phase of the order and set­tle­ment.

The con­fir­ma­tion of the order implies accep­tance of these terms of sale.

5. PAYMENT

The price is payable upon order­ing. Online pay­ments are made by a secure sys­tem so that no third par­ty can have access to the data trans­mit­ted on this occa­sion. Deb­its are made upon val­i­da­tion of the order. The cus­tomer has the option to pay by cred­it card, Pay­Pal, or Stripe.

6. DATA SECURITY

The web­site www.justbeauty-shop.com does not store any pay­ment data con­cern­ing the Client, thus elim­i­nat­ing any pos­si­bil­i­ty of site fraud.

Bank details are trans­mit­ted only once dur­ing cred­it card pay­ment.

Just­beau­ty does not retain any infor­ma­tion con­cern­ing its cus­tomers’ cred­it card num­bers.

7. DELIVERY

Orders are gen­er­al­ly processed and shipped with­in 48 hours (exclud­ing week­ends and pub­lic hol­i­days), for deliv­ery count then 1 to 10 Days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for North Amer­i­ca.

Deliv­er­ies are made to the address indi­cat­ed by the cus­tomer, so please write your deliv­ery address cor­rect­ly as we will not be respon­si­ble for lost parcels due to the wrong address.

Deliv­ery costs vary depend­ing on the des­ti­na­tion coun­try.

We advise you to group your pur­chas­es in a sin­gle order if it is shipped to the same address.

We can­not group two sep­a­rate orders (dif­fer­ent address­es), you will then have to pay the ship­ping costs for each of them.

Just­beau­ty & Shop dis­claims all respon­si­bil­i­ty in case of non-per­for­mance of the con­tract due to a force majeure event (strike, fire, flood…).

Please note, dur­ing any peri­od of pro­mo­tions or high traf­fic (end-of-year hol­i­days), the prepa­ra­tion and ship­ping time is slight­ly longer.

It is also to be men­tioned that you may pay cus­toms on your Order depend­ing on your Coun­try of res­i­dence.

This does not con­cern Just­beau­ty & Shop and will obvi­ous­ly have to be paid at your expense.

IMPORTANT:

Some wigs pre­sent­ed on the site are made to order, an addi­tion­al man­u­fac­tur­ing time there­fore applies before ship­ment (gen­er­al­ly 72–120 work­ing hours for uncol­ored wigs, and up to 7 – 10 work­ing days for col­ored wigs.

8. RETURN OF PARCELS

Every cus­tomer has a with­draw­al peri­od of 10 work­ing days from the order to return the prod­uct to the com­pa­ny Just­beau­ty & shop (*return ship­ping costs at the customer’s expense).

For exchange or refund with­out penal­ty. Returns must be made in the orig­i­nal com­plete state (pack­ag­ing, acces­sories, instruc­tions, the lace of the Wig must not be cut…) allow­ing their mar­ket­ing in new con­di­tion and accom­pa­nied by a copy of the pur­chase invoice.

This right does not apply to per­son­al­ized or cus­tom-made prod­ucts.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED.

In case of return, ship­ping or ship­ping costs are not refund­ed.

9. QUALITY

Just­beau­ty & Shop strives to pro­vide you with the best prod­ucts. All deliv­ered prod­ucts have a cer­tain qual­i­ty as we check the qual­i­ty of our prod­ucts before any ship­ment.

We also work with reli­able sup­pli­ers so that you receive qual­i­ty wigs or acces­sories. In case of non-con­for­mi­ty, they can be returned to the com­pa­ny Justbeauty&Shop which will exchange them or refund them if the return con­di­tions are met.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All ele­ments of this site are and remain the exclu­sive intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty of Just­beau­ty & Shop. Any par­tial or total repro­duc­tion of any ele­ments of this site is pro­hib­it­ed and may be sub­ject to legal action.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

The present terms of use and the spe­cif­ic agree­ments through which we pro­vide ser­vices will be gov­erned and inter­pret­ed in accor­dance with the laws.
