Cancellation Policy

Any cus­tomer ben­e­fits from a with­draw­al peri­od of 14 work­ing days from the date of order to return the prod­uct to the com­pa­ny Just­beau­ty & shop (*ship­ping costs to be paid by the cus­tomer).

For exchange or refund with­out penal­ty. Returns must be made in their com­plete orig­i­nal con­di­tion (pack­ag­ing, acces­sories, instruc­tions, the lace of the wig must not be cut ….) allow­ing them to be sold as new and accom­pa­nied by a copy of the pur­chase invoice.

This right does not apply to per­son­alised or cus­tomised prod­ucts.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED.

In the event of a return, deliv­ery or ship­ping costs will not be refund­ed.
